About This Project
This is a commercial site our landcare crew maintains, and which Metro Blooms Design+Build designed and installed in 2018. Located in within NE Minneapolis with few green areas, our team worked with the creative challenge of tucking in as much pollinator habitat as we could in a small space. The project incorporates a rain garden that captures runoff from the roof building, and native plants were prioritized for pollinator support. The site also includes permeable pavement to capture additional runoff.
